HHs request Flow redesign
For the HHS.gov UX/UI redesign project, our goal was to improve the request flow by making the process more transparent and intuitive. I contributed by analyzing the business workflow and designing a clear, structured process flow that provided users with a clear understanding of a document’s status at any stage.
The original design lacked clarity, leaving users uncertain about where their documents were in the process. To address this, we developed **four dynamic flow paths** that adapted based on document requirements. The updated flow was presented to leadership, who approved its implementation.
